Document Drafter Learning

Repeat of and naming of entire documents
This lesson will show you how to repeat entire documents. Further, it is shown how to name documents using data provided in the questionnaire

Key take aways

  • It is possible to repeat entire documents, if the questionnaire contains a repeat function and is integrated in a document package (cf. the video “Suite of Documents”). The linking process is unchanged, with the sole exception that no separate repeat link needs to be inserted, if the relevant information is derived from the same repeat governing the repeat of the entire document
  • Any documents can be named using information derived from the questionnaire, based on the principles outlined in the video “Link to questions or hyperlink”.

Time codes

  • Repeat entire document: 00:01 – 02:17
  • Name documents using data provided in the questionnaire: 02:17 – 02:51
  • End user perspective: 02:51 – 03:51
